Job Summary
We are preparing to open a new Sizzpot outlet and are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and plate high-quality claypot and sizzling wok dishes during busy service periods, consistently following brand standards. This role suits someone who values reliability, rhythm, responsibility and kitchen hygiene.
Job Description
- Independently cook and plate sizzling claypot, casserole and related hot-station dishes, maintaining consistent quality and speed during peak hours
- Follow brand recipes, portion controls and presentation standards strictly for every order
- Work closely with prep cooks and kitchen helpers to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience operating a hot station, ideally with zhi zhi pot, claypot, casserole or similar products
- Able to work calmly and consistently under pressure, with strong teamwork and a sense of responsibility
- Committed to food hygiene and willing to follow standardised procedures
- Eligible to work in Singapore. Salary range: S$3,400 – S$3,600, based on relevant experience
