💰 Pay Rate: $13 – $15/hour (Depending on position & experience)
📍 Location: Tuas
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (44 hours/week, rostered over 4–5 days, 7-day clinic operations)
🗓️ Commitment: 3 – 6 Months Locum Contract (Renewable subject to operational needs)

📝 Key Responsibilities
Patient Registration: Assist with patient and worker registration, verifying personal details, and checking screening documentation.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate health screening appointments with employers and key stakeholders.
Records Management: Perform data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, and upkeep of medical/screening records.
Clinic Operations: Support overall registration flow, daily screening logistics, and administrative tasks.
Stakeholder Support: Handle administrative enquiries and provide seamless support to clinical and operations teams.
📌 Requirements
Education: Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Prior background in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or customer service is advantageous.
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
Key Traits: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment.
