Bartender (4-Day Work Week | + Completion Bonus)
Location: Central Region, Singapore
Job Types: Full Time, Contract
Timing/Shifts: 4 Day Week
Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,800 / month

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, equipment and glassware
- Prepare daily mise-en-place, including garnishes, glassware and bar supplies
- Monitor beverage stock levels, assist with ordering and conduct inventory checks
- Minimise wastage and spillage while maintaining proper stock control
- Recommend and upsell beverages to enhance guests' dining experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers and service crew to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with other bar-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least N-Level or relevant Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or relevant F&B experience
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
