As a Visitor Experience Ambassador, you will deliver excellent visitor experiences at Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC), either as a Guest Service Associate or Singapore Story Guide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service Associate
- Perform front-end operations, including ticketing, cashiering, greeting visitors, guest services and service recovery.
- Support retail operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Handle visitor enquiries, safety matters and emergencies, including providing first aid when required.
- Maintain a professional image and deliver quality customer service.
Singapore Story Guide
- Conduct guided tours covering SDC's permanent galleries, temporary and travelling exhibitions, and thematic tours.
- Bring the Singapore Story to life through storytelling, role-playing, games and other engaging facilitation techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Enjoy interacting with people of different ages and backgrounds.
- Customer-service oriented and able to handle difficult customers.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Able to make prompt decisions when safety is at risk.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- Possess intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS/cashiering systems.
- Preferably GCE O-Level or ITE qualifications, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
