Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dependable Chefs to join our hotel breakfast team in Singapore. You will help prepare and present high-quality breakfast offerings for a diverse range of guests in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. We value meritocracy, multiculturalism and work-life balance.
Job Description
- Prepare, cook and present a variety of breakfast dishes, to consistent quality and presentation standards.
- Work closely with fellow kitchen and service colleagues to ensure smooth, timely breakfast service, and accommodate guests' dietary and cultural requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or large-volume breakfast setting. Candidates at various levels are welcome to apply.
- Sound knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, such as eggs, hot items and international and local favorites.
- Valid Food Hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one; knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Responsible, Punctual and respect to fellow colleague
