Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead our F&B service crew in delivering excellent service. You will uphold food quality, hygiene and safety standards while fostering a respectful, collaborative and inclusive team environment. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, guiding and supporting the service crew to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistently high food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance and work allocation, and train and coach new team members to build a capable, motivated team.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and daily operational tasks, and undertake other duties delegated by the Store Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or a similar supervisory role, with good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership, team management, customer service and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle operational challenges, and coordinate daily outlet operations effectively.
- Responsible, proactive and team-oriented, with willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
