The basics
- Chip Bee Gardens or our new concept in the Singapore Botanic Gardens
- Full-time, $1,800 to $2,600 per month, depending on experience
- 44 hours across 5 days a week
- Staff meals and late-night transport provided
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and make them feel genuinely looked after
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Know the menu and make thoughtful, honest recommendations
- Set up and maintain tables to house standards
- Keep the dining room clean and organised
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and service teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience preferred, but not essential. We’ll train the right person
- Warm, observant and comfortable with guests
- Calm, reliable and team-first
- Low ego, no drama, happy to pitch in
- Curious, punctual and keen to learn
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 is an advantage

HNHG is behind Chip Bee Bistro in Holland Village and a new dining concept opening in the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
