ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of outlet cleaning and set-up to prepare for operations
- Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
- Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
- Responsible for outlet closing and cleaning
- Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
- Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Service oriented and team player
- Pro-active, friendly and warm personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
*We do walk-in interview every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Rally Clubhouse by Zouk.
