Banking Telesales Officer | 1-Year Renewable Contract | High Commissions
Responsibilities
- Conduct telesales calls and handle customer enquiries professionally
- Cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans and balance transfers
- Work with the Team Leader to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
Requirements
- Relevant experience with sales/ telesales/ customer services experiences preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service
