At Paris Baguette, the Assistant Store Manager is the co-pilot of the outlet. You keep everyone calm when the store is packed — the right hand to the Manager and the coach for the crew.

🏃 Shift Lead: Run the floor, make sure everyone's in the right spot when the rush hits.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 Year(s) of F&B experience in a managerial position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in shift management, rostering or inventory preferred
  • Positive, resilient attitude with genuine love for F&B
