Job Responsibilities

  • Process corporate action events for Singapore and international markets accurately and within established timelines.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day BAU operations while meeting required service levels and accuracy standards.
  • Respond to internal and external queries from business units and relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow documented procedures, control guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments, projects, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in banking operations and financial markets.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to follow procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced banking environment.
