Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and responsible Snack Kiosk Service Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and selling snacks, handling cashiering and customer service, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the snack kiosk, including taking orders, processing payments, and serving customers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk, ensuring a hygienic and visually appealing environment
- Attend to customers inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues promptly
- Restock items and monitor inventory levels, reporting any shortages to management
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- No experience required – training will be provided
- Responsible, hardworking and customer-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS system
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- F&B or retail experience is an advantage
