We're looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Service Staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting people, and are eager to learn and grow in the F&B industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Recommend menu items and assist with customer enquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is an advantage
- Wine knowledge or wine service experience is a bonus
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a passion for hospitality
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
