We are looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team, and we will reward you for your hard work and results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telemarketing calls using leads provided by business partners.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure all calls comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of outbound call centre, telesales or telemarketing experience.
  • Experience in banking, insurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
  • BCP, PGI and Health Insurance (HI) certifications are required.
