Permanent Part‑Time Kitchen Assistant – Glow Food (100% Vegan Concept)
Location: 10 Coleman Street, Grand Park City Hall Employment Type: Permanent Part‑Time
Responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking support.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas.
- Assisting chefs during service.
- Maintaining hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
Work Schedule
- Hours: Fixed weekly shifts, 30 hours.
- Shifts: 10:00–15:00 or 16:00–21:00 (Weekdays & Weekends).
- Coverage during peak lunch/dinner hours.
- Duties rotated: prep, service support, cleaning.
- Overlap with full‑time staff for smooth handover.
Requirements
- Basic kitchen skills.
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Food hygiene certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
SOP Role
- Daily Tasks: Stock check, utensil prep, assist cooking stations.
- Closing Tasks: Wash equipment, sanitize work areas, log leftovers.
- Accountability: Reports directly to Supervisor.
