🏢 Position: Call Centre Agent
📍 Location: Near Novena MRT
📅 Contract: Immediate - end dec (renewable)
💰 Salary: $15/hour
⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 5:30pm /8.30am - 5.00pm (will be assigned by the manager, cannot be chosen)
👔 Attire: Smart Casual
🎓 Training: 1 week classroom training provided
💼 Job Scope:
- Handle taxpayer enquiries via hotline, live chat, and walk-ins
- Provide guidance on Individual Income Tax and Property Tax
- Assist with e-Filing and payment procedures
- Promote the use of e-Services and chatbot for self-service
✅ Requirements:
- GCE A Level / Diploma and above
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries
