Job Scope & Requirement:
- Greet and seat guests professionally, provide menus, and introduce signature dishes.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide food and beverage service according to established service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations.
- Promote menu items and ongoing promotions to customers.
