Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
- Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
- Support daily retail operations and sales targets
Job Requirements
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication skills
- Prior similar retail or sales experience preferred
- Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom product
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours
