Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer
$3,500 – $6,500
9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing machine software.
- Develop software features based on customer and equipment requirements.
- Provide on-site software support and troubleshooting.
- Review and update user requirements and operating procedures.
- Work with Mechanical, Electrical and Application teams on hardware/software integration.
- Develop software utilities to improve equipment setup and operation.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant software development experience in semiconductor industry
- Proficient in C/C++ programming on Windows OS.
- Experience in PC-based control programming.
- Knowledge of real-time control systems, object-oriented software design and database technologies.
- Experience with Vision, Motion Control and SECS/GEM will be an advantage, particularly for the Senior position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel regionally.
- Relevant equipment/software project experience will be an advantage.
