Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise stall staff and assign daily duties.
- Arrange staff schedules, shifts and breaks.
- Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality and portion standards.
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety requirements are followed.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies and minimise wastage.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales records and payment reconciliation.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Train new staff and report operational issues to management.
- Assist with cooking, serving and cashier duties when required.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in food stall or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Able to lead a team and manage daily stall operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Able to manage stock, cash handling and basic sales records.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with stall duties when needed.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit to a 6-day work week.
- Relevant food safety certification preferred.
