White Restaurant is expanding, and we're looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our team!

📍 Position: Kitchen Assistant

💰 Salary: SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,500 (depending on experience and skills)
📍 Location: Various outlets across Singapore
📅 Work Schedule: 6-day work week

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings according to standard recipes to maintain consistent quality.
3. Assist in cooking and preparing menu items.
4. Ensure all dishes meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
5. Prepare and cut meat, vegetables, and other ingredients.
6. Defrost, portion, and prepare ingredients required for the next day's operations.
7. Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed.
8. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
9. Prepare chilli, garnishes, and other condiments.
10. Organise and prepare ingredients according to customer orders to ensure efficient food preparation.
11. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
1. Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment is preferred, but no experience is required as training will be provided.
2. Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
