Logistics Customer Service Officer (Contract to Perm) – Up to $2,400 | Jurong

Location: Jurong (Penjuru Lane)

Transport Provided: From Lakeside MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required)

Salary: Up to $2,000 - $2,400

Employment Type: Contract to Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports according to customer schedules.
  • Maintain close communication with customers to resolve order and shipment-related issues.

Cycle Count

  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory within the customer’s WMS system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing with all necessary supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of customer documents.
  • Track and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in Logistics or relevant skills.
  • Proficiency in product and system knowledge.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
