LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

📍 Location: Changi (CARGO COMPLEX)
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (OT may be required on Saturday)
🕘 Working Hours: Mon - Thur (8am till 5.30pm) & Fri (8am till 6.30pm)
💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,300
📄 Employment Type: Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
👤 Singaporeans Only

Job Scope

  • Handle inbound and outbound orders promptly and accurately using SAP.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
  • Send daily delivery schedules to transporters.
  • Prepare and submit reports to customers according to established schedules and requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and provide support for enquiries or ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform inventory management, billing, and KPI tracking.
  • Provide coverage during colleagues’ absences.

Job Duration

  • Long-term contract (with opportunity for conversion to permanent role)
