About Fore Coffee
Fore Coffee is a growing coffee brand focused on delivering quality coffee, great products, and an exceptional customer experience. As we continue to grow in Singapore, we are looking for passionate and energetic Store Leaders to join our team and lead our store operations.
The Role
As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store while building a strong team and delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will be the key person responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly, achieves its business targets, and consistently delivers Fore Coffee's service and product standards.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or coffee operations.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about coffee, people, and creating great customer experiences.
