Location: Kent Ridge
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Manage facilities development and A&A projects from planning to completion.
- Lead design development, feasibility studies and project coordination.
- Manage consultants, contractors, procurement and construction activities.
- Review project schedules, method statements, materials and permits.
- Coordinate with users, stakeholders and local authorities.
- Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex A&A projects within a live environment.
- Healthcare or commercial project experience is advantageous.
- Owner/developer-side experience is advantageous.
- Good technical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
