Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service & order processing for Local and Online orders
- Courier service management on preparation of documents to dispatch of Online orders
- Handle local distributors orders
- Coordinate & Plan delivery schedule
- Monitor, manage & update GRN
- Timely issuance & filling of invoices
- Check and ensure month end inventory stock take is accurate
- Perform other job-related duties from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics administration, order processing or a related field.
- Familiar with GRN, stock take and logistics documentation.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
