Pharmacy Assistant (WEST) #HDCC

Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with the checking, packing and labelling of medications
- Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Monitor medication stocks and conduct regular checks to ensure inventory is properly maintained
- Assist with pharmacy store management, including organising and replenishing supplies
- Perform basic cashiering and payment-related duties when required
- Maintain accuracy, cleanliness and proper organisation within the pharmacy
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the pharmacy team
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels or Diploma
- Comfortable working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
- Good attention to detail, especially when handling stock and documentation
- Organised, responsible and able to follow established procedures
- Comfortable with basic computer and inventory system usage
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Training will be provided
