Our client is among the most widely used apps in Singapore. They provide services such as ride services, restaurant delivery, and other logistics services.














 

The Job
 

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting app platform drivers with their onboarding process
  • Collect and verify customer documents per KYC/AML and company policies; ensure data accuracy.
  • Process sign-ups in CRM/onboarding systems
  • Explain product features, eligibility, fees, and terms clearly; support basic app installation and usage.
  • Manage queues and appointment slots to maintain target wait times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, sharing information about benefits, and upcoming events. This requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 10am - 7pm

The Talent

  • Prior customer service experience would be an advantage
  • High attention to detail; able to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service, active listening, and clear verbal communication.
  • Accuracy in data entry and document review.
  • IT/Computer literacy
