The Job
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and care
- Manage warehouse openings and closures
- Inbounding of deliveries from grocery suppliers
- Organize goods in designated racks, chillers or freezers
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with driver partners
Work Schedule
- Work Schedule: Business operations are from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday - The shifts will be within the business operations hours (hours and timings are not fixed). Workers will be scheduled for 1~2 shifts per week.
- Work Hours per week: 13.5 hours average (18 hours maximum / 9 hours minimum)
- Work Days per week: 1.5 days average (2 days maximum / 1 day minimum)
The Talent
- Familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in supermarket, e-commerce and/or supply chain operations
