Job Summary:

Basic Salary: $2300 - $2800
Location: One North
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
AWS + Variable Bonus
Training provided

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys to understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed designs, technical proposals and project plans for customers.
Plan and schedule project activities in accordance with contractual timelines.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers and stores.
Manage day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise with customers on drawing and plan approvals, work progress, acceptance requirements and resolution of project issues.
Attend site meetings and inspections, monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
Prepare monthly project progress reports for the Project Manager and customers.
Coordinate project completion and handover, including preparation and submission of required project documentation.
