🎟️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist visitors with ticketing and admission enquiries
- Sell and upsell attraction tickets
- Guide visitors on purchasing tickets via the mobile app
- Handle cash and payment transactions
- Provide directions and general visitor assistance
- Support visitor flow and attraction operations
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
🙋 Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 17 years ol
- Friendly, bubbly and comfortable speaking with visitors
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Comfortable working on a rotating roster
- Comfortable with prolonged standing
- Able to work in a fast-paced visitor environment
- Cash handling/cashiering experience preferred
- Customer service, retail, F&B or frontline experience is a plus!
🎓 Training
Selected candidates must be available for:
📅 Induction: 1 October 2026
➡️ Followed by 2 OJT shifts
💰 Induction & OJT are paid
