[EAST] Assembly Operator / Quality Inspector | Server Mftg | 4day week | Up to $3k + Allowances
Our client is a global technology manufacturing company that supports the production of high-performance server and data centre equipment. They operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, reliability and operational excellence.
Role: Assembly Operator / Quality Inspector
Location: East
Up to $3,000 basic + allowances (basic commensurate with experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process
- Identify and report defects or quality issues
- Support basic troubleshooting, failure analysis and reporting
- Ensure inspection records and documentation are accurately maintained
- Use tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
- Follow quality procedures, SOPs and safety guidelines
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and a safe work environment
- Assist with other quality-related duties as required
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Willing to work rotating shifts
Working Hours:
12-hour rotating shifts
4 working days per week
Rotating day and night shifts
