Working location: PARKWAY PARADE (MARINE PARADE) / PAYA LEBAR QUARTERS (NEW)
Working hours: 7am-5pm (6 days work week, OT until 6pm/ 7pm when required)
Salary: Gross salary UP TO $3222 per month (After 72hrs OT & Allowances)
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation and production of breads
- Kneading, cutting, and shaping of the dough
- Washing and cleaning of utensils, metal baking trays, ovens & etc.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen/ workstation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the baker-in-charge/ manager
Job Requirements:
- Able to withstand working in a hot and humid kitchen
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Proactive and great team player, able to work together as a team.
- Fit and energetic (Able to squat and lift loads of up to 25 kg)
- Min. 2 years of experience in Bread baking.
- Overtime required
- Able to work 6 days/ week
- Good Memory to memorize recipes and SOPs
- Non-smoker
