💰 Gross Salary: $2,000 – $3,000
📅 6-Day Work Week | Rostered Off Day
Shift Options:
☀️ Full Shift: 10am – 10pm | 2-hour break
🌙 Night Shift: 5pm – 3am | 1-hour break
Working hours are subject to final confirmation.
🍳 Job Scope
- Prepare and cut vegetables, meat, seafood & other ingredients
- Assist chefs with food preparation and mise en place
- Replenish ingredients during service
- Assist with basic cooking & plating when required
- Receive and store ingredients properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment & workstations
- Follow food safety & hygiene procedures
- Support chefs during busy service periods
✅ Requirements
- Kitchen / F&B experience preferred
- Chinese restaurant kitchen experience is an advantage
- Basic knife & ingredient preparation skills preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good hygiene awareness
- Reliable, hardworking & willing to learn
- Able to work weekends & PH according to roster
