Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized and memorable experiences that reflect The Clan Hotel's unique heritage-inspired hospitality.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, sharing local insights, heritage stories and curated recommendations.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate personalized arrangements, reservations, transportation and special occasions for guests.
- Collaborate closely with hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance service personalization.
- Promote hotel facilities, services and experiences to maximize guest satisfaction and engagement.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming and service excellence at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
Requirements
- A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
- Relevant work experience will be duly considered.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry along with familiarity of the Opera system.
