# Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays – 11:00 to 19:30 | Sundays/PH – 11:00 to 17:30
Job Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain of stock inventory
- Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
- Take up other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
- Committed and able to work independently
- Friendly and Customer service oriented
- Able to commit 3 to 4 Days a week
