You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as an Bank Digital Advocate!
Bank Digital Advocate
Location: Islandwide
Duration: ASAP - 31 Dec (Extendable)
Salary: $2400
Working days:
Mon- Fri: 11.00am – 6.30pm (1 hr lunch)
Sat: 11.00am – 2.00pm (No lunch)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers’ behavior for visiting branches
- Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist
