Redemption Activity Crew
Dates: 7 & 8 Nov 2026
Locations: Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement 1
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Rate: $12/hour ( 45 Min Unpaid Break)
We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to support an exciting redemption activity at Changi Airport.
Job Duties:
- Assist customers with the redemption process
- Explain redemption mechanics and activity details clearly
- Distribute redemption items to eligible customers
- Manage queues and customer flow
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Provide general event support when required
Requirements:
- Proactive, friendly and approachable
- Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, reliable and committed
- Comfortable interacting with customers and members of the public
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior event or customer service experience is an advantage
- Training will be provided
