Duration of Contract: 12 months
Location: Raffles Place
Job Responsibilities:
- Process corporate action events for Singapore and international markets accurately and within established timelines.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by meeting Service Level Indicators (SLAs) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond promptly to queries from internal business units and external stakeholders.
- Comply with documented procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support ad hoc projects, process improvements, and other assigned initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior banking or operations experience is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
