Job Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including cutting ingredients, preparing garnishes and blind baking pie crusts.
- Assist with assembling and decorating pastry, baking and reheating food.
- Vacuum-pack food items as instructed.
- Organise ingredients, utensils and kitchen supplies under the guidance of the full-time team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
- Follow food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- A valid food hygiene certificate.
- Able to follow instructions and work well with the kitchen team.
Attire
- Wear a dark color T-shirt and covered shoes.
- Uniform/apron will be provided.
