📌 WHAT YOU'LL DO
🔹 Handle partner enquiries, requests and escalations through phone, email and face-to-face engagement
🔹 Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
🔹 Assist with partner engagement events, programmes and launches
🔹 Keep support teams updated on products, services and operational changes
🔹 Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
🎯 WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Diploma or Degree in any discipline
✅ 3–5 years of customer service / customer-facing experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable handling customer escalations and face-to-face interactions
✅ Able to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
✅ Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable identifying customer pain points and finding practical solutions
⭐ Experience in technology, automotive, mobility or platform-based businesses is welcome
