The Opportunity
- Opportunity to join a global leader in cold-chain and transport refrigeration technology
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm
- Location: West, Nearest MRT Boon Lay/Pioneer
- 1 year contract (Extendable based on performance)
- Salary up to $3.5k!
- Transportation provided
Job Scope
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage maintenance budgets, expense tracking, and monthly reports
- Liaise with vendors on quotations, servicing schedules, and performance
- Process procurement activities, including RFQs, PRs, POs, and invoice payments via Ariba
- Verify service completion, deliveries, and maintenance documentation
- Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and store records while ensuring safety compliance
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems
- Experience in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance environment is a plus!
- Able to work overtime when required to support operational needs
