Regional HR Officer (East), Up to $4,500
We are looking for a Regional HR Officer to support regional HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing and verification for employees across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Support and verify payroll processing for regional offices
- Check payroll data, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information
- Coordinate with country HR teams and/or payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll
- Support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration
- Assist with performance appraisal, compensation and benefits activities
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover and workforce data
- Support employee engagement, training and HR initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR compliance and CSR-related activities
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Hands-on exposure to high-volume payroll processing, preferably 150 employees or more
- Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations
- Regional or multi-country payroll/HR exposure will be an advantage
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
