In-House Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technician Hiring (1-Year Contract)
Enjoy working with people and matching the right talent to the right roles? Join an established organisation as an in-house recruiter, focusing on technician hiring and supporting the manpower needs of operational teams.
Scope of Work
- Manage recruitment for technicians and other operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable technical candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offers and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide updates on hiring progress.
Requirements
- Experience hiring technicians, engineering or blue-collar workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies.
Position Details
- Salary: ~ $4,000 per month
- Contract: 1 year (Renewable, Extendable, Convertible)
- 5-min walk from Pasir Panjang MRT
