岗位 副店长 POSITION Assistant Store Manager 月薪 3,000.00 4,500.00 MONTHLY SALARY 门户职业 ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER OCCUPATION 职位简介 协助店长管理门店日常营运、团队、服务与销售，并在店长不在时独立负责门店。 ROLE SUMMARY / Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, service and sales, and take charge of the outlet when required. 主要职责 • 协助管理开店、营业和闭店流程 / Support opening, trading and closing routines KEY RESPONSIBILITY • 协助排班、培训、工位安排及绩效跟进 / Support rostering, training, station deployment and performance follow-up • 跟进销售、顾客反馈、现金、库存和损耗 / Monitor sales, customer feedback, cash, inventory and wastage • 检查服务、陈列、卫生和食品安全标准 / Check service, display, hygiene and food-safety standards • 店长不在时负责当日门店营运并完成交接汇报 / Lead daily outlet operations and complete handover reporting when the Store Manager is absent 工作经验 至少3年零售或餐饮相关经验，其中至少1年团队或门店管理经验。 / WORK EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of retail or F&B experience, including at least 1 year in team or outlet management.
