Job Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and room allocations to Room Attendants.
- Conduct room inspections and quality checks before releasing rooms for occupancy.
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct daily roll calls and provide staff counselling when necessary.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork.
- Assist with room cleaning duties during high occupancy periods or when operational needs arise.
Requirements & Benefits
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Duty phone provided for strictly work use.
- Staff meals provided.
Working Arrangements
- Working Hours: Shift duties scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Workdays: 6 days, 1 rotational off day per week.
- Shift Duration: 8 working hours per shift (1-hour meal break)
- Uniform Requirements: Uniform Top will be provided. Staff are required to wear their own black pants and black covered shoes.
