📍Location: Bugis area
📅Contract Period: 1 Year
⏰Working Hours:
- 5 day work week, from 9AM to 6PM
Job scope:
- Coordinate development and delivery of exhibition content
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate exhibition content
- Manage project schedules, content registers, approvals, risks, issues, and action tracking
- Oversee exhibit and object logistics, including handling, installation, insurance, and documentation
- Coordinate freight, customs, storage, transportation, and shipment processes
- Support testing, installation, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover activities
- Monitor exhibition operations, maintenance requirements, and issue resolution
- Track vendor deliverables, project milestones, and contractual compliance
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, invoicing, contracts, and project reporting
- Coordinate decommissioning, return freight, customs discharge, inventory reconciliation, records and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in exhibitions, events, logistics, or project coordination
- Willing to travel and support overseas project deployment when required
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project workstreams
- Experience in exhibition content, multimedia, visitor experiences, or logistics operations
- Experience working with designers, contractors, freight providers, or international partners is an advantage
