Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture And Repair Of Construction Machinery And Part
Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin
Working Location: West - Joo Koon
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3300 + Medical & Dental Benefits + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, accounts, and technical teams
Prepare documents for orders, shipping, and sales activities
Follow up on special orders and stock availability
Manage PO entries, verify order and invoice accuracy
Liaise with forwarders and negotiate competitive shipping rates
Track inbound shipments and maintain updated sales records
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Min. O Level
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Purchase Order and Freight Forwarding
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good communication & written skills in Chinese (Need to liaise with Chinese clients)
