Location: North Bridge Road (Nearest MRT: Cityhall/ Bras Basah) 
Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Duties

  • Prepare and process customer quotations 
  • Handle “unfit” orders (eg. orders where the requested quantity exceeds available warehouse stock)
  • Review customer open order reports and check/confirm lead times
  • Perform other adhoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
