📍 Location: Central Singapore
📅 Commitment: Minimum 3 months
⏰ Working Hours: 6 to 12-hour shifts between 8:30 AM–9:30 PM
Job Duties:
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Assist with ticket and attraction admission checks
- Support crowd control and visitor flow
- Assist with events and programmes
- Provide friendly customer service to visitors
- Assist in responding to accidents and emergencies when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 17 years old and above
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Must be able to work at least 2 weekdays AND 1 weekend
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors (non-air-conditioned areas)
- Comfortable with long standing hours
- Friendly, bubbly, approachable and able to communicate well
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Able to adhere to workplace grooming standards
Training:
Selected candidates must be able to attend:
- 1 full-day induction (8:30am–6pm)
- 4 × 12-hour full-shift OJT
Additional Benefits:
